Important Update

Please note that there has been a change to the information published on page 11 of the guide. The eligibility criteria for holding a prize draw have been updated as outlined below.

When Does the “Hold Prize Draw” Button Appear?

The “Hold Prize Draw” button will become available on your Event Prizes page once all of the following conditions have been met:

• The draw date has passed
  The scheduled date for the prize draw must be complete.

• Minimum sales threshold achieved
  Total prize draw sales must exceed £40 / €40 / $40.
  Due to the costs associated with running a fully random and independently audited draw process, prize draws cannot be completed if sales fall below this threshold.

• More eligible entrants than prizes
  The number of eligible entrants must exceed the number of prizes available.
  For example, if there are 4 eligible entries (including any valid free entries) and 5 prizes, the draw cannot proceed, as there are more prizes than entrants.
