Please note - there is a change to the information published on page 11 of the guide and the eligibility criteria for the draw is now as follows:

The "Hold Prize Draw" button becomes available in your event prizes page when the following criteria has been met: 

• The date for the draw has passed 

• The sales for the prize draw exceed £40/€40/$40. Due to costs associated with using a completely random and audited process for handling the draw, you will be unable to run the draw if sales are less than £40/€40/$40 

• The number of eligible entrants exceeds the number of prizes. For example, if only 4 tickets had been purchased (or received as valid free entries), and you had 5 prizes, it would not be possible to run the draw as the number of prizes exceeds the number of eligible entrants
