Prize Draws (Online Raffles) are a fully automated, legally compliant fundraising service available across all PTA Events, Clubs Hub, and Charity Hub websites.
The service is fully integrated and streamlined, providing an end-to-end solution for running online prize draws. From easily adding prizes and images, to creating customisable blocks of tickets for online purchase, the entire process is simple to manage. Purchased tickets are automatically emailed to participants, and each prize draw includes auto-generated QR codes unique to your event, making promotion quick and easy.
Legal Compliance
Our Prize Draws (Online Raffles) are not regulated by the Gambling Commission because a free entry route is available for all draws. This ensures that participation is fair, accessible, and fully compliant with current regulations.
Specifically:
Participants can choose to enter without making a payment
The free entry route is no more expensive and no less convenient than the paid route
The free entry route is available at the normal rate
The free entry route is promoted and displayed at the same level as paid entry routes
The choice between free and paid entry routes is clearly promoted, so all participants are aware of both options
The system used to determine winners does not differentiate between free and paid entries
