You will need to request a password reset email from your PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub website. You can do this by browsing clicking "Login" in the top navigation and then clicking the "Forgotten password?" button:
You will then need to enter your email address to request a password reset. If your email matches one for a registered customer then you will be sent a password reset email.
When the password reset email has been received, you will need to click the link in the email to confirm the reset process. Note that this link is only valid for 2 hours.
You will then be required to enter your new password:
Once your password has been reset you will be able to login again.
