Unfortunately, it's not possible to choose your own question. PTA Events have curated a number of questions that are chosen at random when you create a raffle.
As this is not a lottery or a free prize draw, but a prize competition, the law says that to be in with a chance of winning, you must demonstrate your skill, knowledge or judgement. The law also says that the question should be sufficiently difficult that a significant number of people either get the answer wrong or are put off entering. However, this means that the odds of winning are actually increased for those who get the answer correct.
It is difficult to give a definitive idea of what “sufficient” means, but generally the answer to a question must not be so obvious that everyone gets the answer correct. If questions are too easy to deter a significant proportion of potential participants, or to eliminate a significant proportion of entrants, it will not satisfy the skill requirement.
