Why can I not see the Hold Prize Draw button?

The Hold Prize Draw button is only displayed on your Prize Draw Event > Prizes admin page once all of the following conditions have been met:

• The draw date and time have passed

• Total ticket sales are £40 / €40 / $40 or more

• The number of tickets sold exceeds the number of prizes available

Where can I find the Prize Draw admin page?

You can access the Prize Draw Event > Prizes admin page from the Manage menu within your event.
