Is there an event template for a Prize Draw (Online Raffle)/Raffle (Offline)?

Yes, we've made it really easy for you to add a Prize Draw (Online Raffle) / Raffle (Offline) using an event template. To add a Prize Draw (Online Raffle) using the template, browse to "Admin" > "Events" and then select "Add Event from Template" > "Prize Draw (Online Raffle)" or "Raffle (Offline)":

This will open a modal window where you can enter some basic details about your Prize Draw/Raffle including: 

• Name - the name of your Prize Draw/Raffle eg "Christmas Raffle" or "Summer Prize Draw"
• The date & time that the Prize Draw/Raffle will take place
• The fee type for processing payments - available options are:
  • Compulsory (default) - the customer must pay the fees which are added to the basket
  • Voluntary - the customer can opt in to pay the fees
  • None - you've incorporated any fee calculations into your product price

Click the "Save and continue" button. 

Next you can enter the price of your ticket. We will automatically create bundles of tickets for your community to easily purchase from you. These will be as follows on a £1 ticket:

• £1 (1 ticket)
• £5 (5 tickets)
• £10 (10 tickets)
• £15 (15 tickets)
• £20 (20 tickets)

Likewise, if the ticket price was £0.50, we will automatically create bundles of tickets for your community to easily purchase from you as follows:

• £0.50 (1 ticket)
• £2.50 (5 tickets)
• £5 (10 tickets)
• £7.50 (15 tickets)
• £10 (20 tickets)

Click the "Save and continue" button. 

Next, you can enter the name of your prizes. You can enter up to 30 prizes easily via the template. More can be added later:

Next, you can enter the number of volunteers you required to successfully run your Prize Draw (Online Raffle) efficiently and effectively:

Finally, click the "Create template event" button. 

Your event will be added, along with the ticket bundles which are available for immediate purchase and your prizes will be listed. You can then enter further information about your prizes such as descriptions, images and donor information should you need to. To do this select "Prizes" from the manage menu for the Prize Draw event:
