How can I reconcile Stripe orders to match our bank account?

You can't reconcile PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub to a payout from your payment provider to your bank account. That's because PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub handles orders and your payment provider will payout "batched payments" to your bank account. If Stripe is enabled to payout manually then you won't know which payments have been batched in a "payout". If the process is automatic then you can dig deeper into your "payouts" to find out which "payments" have been "paid out".


Instead, you should reconcile PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub orders or treasurer by date reports to your Stripe payments report. A cursory glance at each report will tell you if there is a match. If they match then great the payment has been reconciled. If not, you will need to investigate further. If you work your way through and match PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub orders v Stripe you can then come to us with any differences and we will investigate further or the answer may well be clearer to you - such as a customer has paid with a non-European card which has incurred higher fees. It's always a case of working out what has matched leaving you with what hasn't matched.
