Browse to "Admin" > "Reports" > "Volunteers" and you will be able to see all of your customers that have volunteered to help with the tasks you have added for your events.
By default your volunteers report will show you the latest event set up on your PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub website. To select your event, click "Select Event" and choose the year then event from the drop down menu:
Your volunteers report will show you all tasks that you have assigned and all customers that have signed up to volunteer for those tasks. You can also see whether the volunteer is DBS checked or a first aider.
By default all tasks are grouped by task name. This means the only available export option is to export to PDF through your "manage" menu. If you would like to export to Excel then select "Group by" > "No group":
You will then only be able to see those tasks that have been volunteered for.
As the data is not grouped, you can then select to export to "Excel", "PDF" or "Copy" the data in tabular format to another program. Exporting to Excel will allow you to manipulate further off platform.
If you need to delete a volunteer, click the "Bin" icon next to the volunteer.
You can export your volunteers report to PDF format by clicking "Export to PDF" from your "Manage" menu:
You can email volunteers by clicking "Email Volunteers" from your "Manage" menu:
You can then email all volunteers or those that have volunteered for specific tasks. For example, if you needed to send out your health & safety policy to those that have volunteered to help cook on the BBQ you could select all "BBQ Cooks" tasks and this would only email those volunteers. You can then enter a subject and your message (no need to enter Dear or From as this will be done automatically). As is standard on email forms throughout your PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub website, you can add up to two attachments.
