The “Hold Prize Draw” button is only displayed on your Prize Draw Event > Prizes admin page once all of the following conditions have been met:
The event start date has passed
Total ticket sales are £40 / €40 / $40 or more
The number of tickets sold exceeds the number of prizes available
Where can I find the Prize Draw admin page?
You can access the Prize Draw Event > Prizes admin page from the Manage menu within your event.
