What happens when my customer buys Prize Draw (Online Raffle) tickets?

The following video will walk you through the process of what happens when your customers purchase Prize Draw tickets:




Your community can purchase tickets for your Prize Draw (Online Raffle) in the same way they purchase other tickets or products on your site.


If you used the event template to create your Prize Draw (Online Raffle), all available ticket bundles will be automatically created and displayed for sale on your shop page.


To make a purchase, customers simply select their desired quantity and click the Buy Now button. They can then click the Basket button to proceed to the checkout.


Before continuing, customers will be able to read the Prize Draw terms and conditions and must agree to them in order to proceed.

At checkout, customers can review the pricing breakdown, confirm their agreement to the terms and conditions by checking the required box, and then click Continue to Payment to complete their purchase.


Once the order is completed, customers will receive their tickets via their order confirmation email. Tickets can also be downloaded at any time by visiting My Account > Orders.


Customers will receive the exact number of tickets corresponding to their purchase. For example, if a customer purchases a £1 ticket and a £5 ticket, they will receive six e-tickets, each with a unique ticket number.
