Modified on Fri, 14 Feb at 2:59 PM

In order to enter a Prize Draw (Online Raffle) your community no longer needs to answer a question. Instead, we now offer a FREE entry route which is visibly displayed on your shop and event pages where Prize Draw tickets are for sale.

To enter a Prize Draw for FREE, your customers will need to follow the steps shown where Prize Draw tickets are available for sale. These are:

  • Entrants must be a registered customer of this website and have a verified email address to make a Postal Entry to a Prize Draw.
  • Postal Entries are not for sale and can be made free of charge.
  • Customers must write the following on a postcard / back of an envelope:
    1. Customer ID
    2. Prize Draw ID
    3. Host ID
  • A postcard / envelope is to be sent by any postal means applicable to the following address:

FREE PRIZE DRAW ENTRY
PTA Events Limited
19 Goldington Road
Bedford

  • Postal Entries are limited to 1 entry per postcard. If any additional entries are made, the Postal Entry will be invalidated and automatically discarded.
  • Postal Entries must be received no later than 72 hours before the advertised Prize Draw end-date.
  • Postal Entries received in the 72 hours prior to the advertised Prize Draw end time or later will not be included in the draw.
  • It is the customer’s obligation to ensure that the required details are set out in the Postal Entry.

We don’t envisage many members of your community will use the FREE entry route. However, it is something we have to offer in order to ensure compliance. All tickets regardless of whether purchased online or entered via the FREE entry route stand an equal chance of winning. PTA Events will automatically add any FREE entries to your draw upon receipt of a valid entry.
