To enter a Prize Draw (Online Raffle), your community no longer needs to answer a question. Instead, we provide a FREE entry route, which is clearly displayed on your shop and event pages wherever Prize Draw tickets are available for purchase.
How to Enter a Prize Draw for Free
Customers wishing to enter a Prize Draw for free must follow the instructions displayed on the relevant Prize Draw pages. Free entries are made via postal entry, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
Entrants must be a registered customer on this website.
Entrants must have a verified email address.
Postal entries are not for sale and can be made free of charge.
How to Submit a Postal Entry
Customers must write the following details clearly on a postcard or on the back of an envelope:
Customer ID
Prize Draw ID
Host ID
The postcard or envelope must be sent by any applicable postal method to:

Important Conditions
One entry per postcard is permitted. Any additional entries submitted on the same postcard will be deemed invalid and automatically discarded.
Postal entries must be received no later than 48 hours before the advertised Prize Draw end date.
Entries received within the final 48 hours before the advertised Prize Draw end time, or after the draw has closed, will not be included.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all required information is included and clearly legible.
Fairness & Compliance
All valid entries, whether purchased online or submitted via the FREE entry route, have an equal chance of winning. PTA Events will automatically add all valid FREE entries to the Prize Draw upon receipt.
While we do not anticipate that many community members will use the FREE entry route, it is offered to ensure full compliance.
