Users who are assigned the role "Administrator" and "School admin" as well as event organisers have the ability to create complimentary / free orders or log offline orders on their PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub website when they go through the checkout process. Note that your community cannot see this option. To create a complimentary / offline order during checkout, click the "Complete Complimentary / Offline Order" button
By default your name and email address will be shown in the "Customer name" and "Order confirmation email" fields. However, you can enter the customer name and email address so the order confirmation email and tickets get sent straight to the customer. You will also need to enter transaction ID. We recommend entering the surname of the customer or some other reference that will be shown in your treasurer's reports. The different payment methods available are:
- Complimentary
- Cash
- Cheque
- Other
Your orders report will show you the different payment methods and if an order was purchased on behalf of someone else. Any future emails sent out from your PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub website relating to this order will be sent to the name and email address entered during the checkout process.
