Users with the Administrator, School Admin, or Event Organiser role can create complimentary (free) orders or log offline orders directly through the checkout process on their PTA Events, Clubs Hub, or Charity Hub website.
This option is not visible to your wider community and is only available to authorised users.
How to Create a Complimentary or Offline Order
During checkout, select the “Complete Complimentary / Offline Order” button to proceed.

Customer Details
By default, your own name and email address will appear in the Customer Name and Order Confirmation Email fields. You can update these details to the customer’s name and email address if you would like the order confirmation email and tickets to be sent directly to them.
You will also need to enter a Transaction ID. We recommend using the customer’s surname or another recognisable reference, as this will appear in your treasurer’s reports.
Available Payment Methods
When creating an order, you can select from the following payment methods:
Complimentary
Cash
Cheque
Bank Transfer
Other

Reporting and Follow-Up Communications
Your Orders Report will clearly show:
The payment method used
Whether the order was created on behalf of someone else
Any future emails sent from your PTA Events, Clubs Hub, or Charity Hub website in relation to this order will be sent to the name and email address entered during checkout.
