My site has been closed due to inactivity - can I open it up again?

Yes of course. Just log a support ticket on our support portal and we'll make the necessary changes to get your site active again. Please note that if your committee members have changed and you don't currently have administrative access then we would need to validate who you are first. We would then need to delete any personally identifiable data before assigning you admin access.
