Transaction fees apply for payments as follows:
Stripe fees are 1.5% + 20p or 1.2% + 20p if you are a registered charity or can prove your non-profit status.
PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub charge a platform fee of 2.95% for all transactions placed by customers registered to organisations on our free plan. Your PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub website remains completely FREE to your organisation as there will be no charge to you. The fee can be passed on to your community just like the fees for processing payments.
