What fees are charged?

Starter Plan (No Adverts) – Free

The Starter plan is the ideal entry point to the platform, offering unlimited fundraising potential at no cost.

You can create unlimited events, tickets or products, tasks, auctions, sponsors, and more. A small platform fee of 3.95% applies, and no adverts are displayed on your site.

This plan is perfect for organisations starting their fundraising journey and wanting to explore everything the platform has to offer without any upfront commitment.

Fees by product type:

• Auctions, raffles, 100 / 200 clubs, and competitions: 5%

• Prize draws (online raffles): 7.5%

Premium Plan (Your Adverts) – £299.99 + VAT (Annual)

The Premium plan is designed for organisations looking for maximum control, lower fees, and the opportunity to generate additional revenue through advertising.

You’ll enjoy all the benefits of the Starter plan, plus:

• The option to display your own adverts from community partners or run with no adverts at all

• No ticket scanning fees

• The lowest platform fee at just 1.5%

This plan is ideal for organisations ready to work with local community partners and showcase their brands to your users. 

Many customers generate advertising revenue that significantly exceeds the annual subscription cost.

Fees by product type (Premium):

• Auctions, raffles, 100 / 200 clubs, competitions, and prize draws: 4.95%

Payment Processing (Stripe Fees)

Stripe processing fees are:

• 1.5% + 20p per transaction

• 1.2% + 20p if you are a registered charity or can provide proof of non-profit status

Stripe Link is charged at 1.5% + 20p

Passing on Fees

Both the platform fees and Stripe fees can, and should, be passed on to your community, meaning there is no cost to your organisation unless you choose to absorb them.
