If a product question was originally set to encrypt answers and that setting was later turned off, some responses in your reports may still appear in an encrypted format, for example:

How to fix this
To resolve this issue, return to the relevant product question and make sure the “Encrypt answers” option is enabled.
Once this setting is switched back on, the platform will recognise that the data needs to be decrypted and will display the answers correctly in your reports.
