If your product questions were originally set to encrypt answers and this has then been switched off, you may end up with encrypted answers in your reports such as
8E30F2B27A0247FE1EC49F53238171E2722B88B2EFA989BDF453DA1C33DAE169
If this happens, go back to your product question and ensure the "Encrypt answers" flag is checked.
The platform will then know that it needs to try and decrypt any data so it's visible in your reports.
