If you have asked customers to upload files during checkout, for example, when running a photo competition, you can easily export all uploaded files into a single ZIP file.
How to export uploaded files
Navigate to Reports > Product Questions.
Select the relevant event.
Apply a filter for the product that has file uploads enabled.

If files are available to export, they will appear in the report results.

Download options
From the report, you can:
View or download individual files, or
Export all files at once by selecting Zip Files from the Manage menu.
This allows you to quickly download every uploaded file in one convenient ZIP file.
File naming and identification
To make files easy to identify, all exported uploads are automatically renamed using:
The booker’s name (with any characters removed that could cause export issues),
The order ID, and
The booking number.
This ensures each file can be clearly linked back to the correct customer and order.

Duplicate order numbers
If you see two files with the same order number, this simply means the customer purchased multiple quantities of the same product and was therefore required to upload more than one file.
