How do I view answers to product questions?
To view answers to product questions completed by your customers during checkout, navigate to Reports > Product Questions.
Selecting the correct event
By default, the Product Questions report displays data for the most recent event set up on your PTA Events / Clubs Hub / Charity Hub website.
To view a different event:
Click Select Event.
Choose the relevant year.
Select the required event from the dropdown menu.

Understanding the report layout
The Product Questions report displays all responses in a table format.
Horizontal view (default):
All answers are shown across columns. If your products have many questions, the table will expand horizontally to accommodate them.

Switching to a vertical view
If you prefer to view responses in a vertical layout:
Click Select Format.
Choose Vertical.
In this format, each answer is displayed on a new row, making it easier to review data when there are many questions.

Filtering by product
By default, the report includes all products. If your products have different questions, this can make the report difficult to read, as not all answers apply to every product.
To view questions and answers for a specific product:
Click Product.
Select the name of the product you wish to review.
This ensures the report only displays relevant questions and responses for that product.

Exporting your data
Standard export options are available for the Product Questions report. You can export the data in tabular format using:
Excel
PDF
Copy (to paste into another program)
