Browse to "Admin" > "Reports" >"Product Questions" and you will be able to see answers to product questions your customers have answered during the checkout process.
By default your product report will show you the latest event set up on your PTA Events/Clubs Hub/Charity Hub website. To select your event, click "Select Event" and choose your year then event from the drop down menu:
Your product questions report will show you all answers to product questions in table format. The default view is that all answers are shown in horizontal format so If there are many product questions then the questions will continue to extend columns in the table.
If you wish to view the data in vertical format, click "Select Format" > "Vertical":
The report will then show you all answers to product questions in new rows:
By default your report will show you all products. This may cause a problem if your products have different questions as the report will not be able to show all questions answers to all products. To filter the report so you only see questions and answers for an individual product, click "Select Product" and then the name of your product:
The standard export options apply to your product questions report allowing you to export to "Excel", "PDF" or "Copy" the data in tabular format to another program.
