How can I change class lists at the end of the academic year?

This depends on how children move into the next academic year.

If children remain with the same group, you can simply update the academic year, class name, and class teacher details. The children will remain registered on the same class list, so no re-registration is required.

If children are reorganised into different classes, parents will need to re-register their children each year.

The platform includes a feature that allows you to copy classes from one academic year to the next. To do this, go to Admin > Classes > Manage > Copy Classes. From there, you can select which year to copy classes from and to, and choose whether children remain in the same groups or are mixed into new ones.

If children stay in the same class but move up a year group, we will update the academic year and you can adjust the remaining details as needed. If children are reorganised into new groups, we will automatically create new classes for you.
