Polls allow you to easily canvas opinion from your community. You can have as many polls running as you like. To manage your polls, browse to "Admin" > "Polls" and select "Add Polls" from the manage menu.
When adding a poll you can set set the following:
- Question *
- Description Image
- Start Date * Format dd/mm/yyyy HH:mm
- End Date * Format dd/mm/yyyy HH:mm
- At least the first two options
* = Required
In your poll management page you can edit any polls although this is not advised when a poll is live and answers have already been submitted. You can also delete a poll as well as see any results.
Customers can see any polls currently live (i.e. the current date is between your start and end dates) by browsing to "Your PTA" > "Polls". However, customers must be logged into to be able to vote. A customer can only vote once per poll but they can change their option up until the poll end date.
