What are polls and how can I use them?

Polls allow you to easily gather opinions and feedback from your community. You can run as many polls as you like at the same time, making it simple to engage your audience on multiple topics.


How do I create and manage polls?

To manage your polls, navigate to Admin > Polls, then select Add Polls from the Manage menu.

When creating a poll, you can configure the following fields:

  • Question*

  • Description

  • Image

  • Start Date* (format: dd/mm/yyyy HH:mm)

  • End Date* (format: dd/mm/yyyy HH:mm)

  • Answer Options* (at least two options are required)

* Required fields



Can I edit or delete a poll?

From the poll management page, you can:

  • Edit existing polls

  • Delete polls

  • View poll results


Please note that editing a poll while it is live and already receiving responses is not recommended, as it may affect the integrity of the results.



How do customers view and vote in polls?

Customers can view any polls that are currently live (where the current date falls between the poll’s start and end dates) by navigating to Your PTA > Polls.


To vote, customers must be logged in. Each customer can vote once per poll, but they are able to change their selection at any time until the poll’s end date.
