How do I mark orders as dispatched?

When an order is placed with one of the following product types it will be flagged as "Awaiting Dispatch":


  • Product
  • Winning Auction Item
  • Wristband
  • Collection
  • Paper Ticket
  • Raffle Ticket




To mark the orders as dispatched, browse to "Admin" > "Reports" > "Orders" and select "Mark as dispatched" from the order management menu:


You can then enter any additional information to the customer to notify them that their order has been dispatched. If you don't want to notify the customer uncheck "Notify customer".



This will mark all items that can be delivered to "Dispatched" and the order status will change:



If you have made a mistake you can mark the order as not dispatched. To do so, click "Mark as not dispatched" from your order management menu:
