When is an order marked as “Awaiting Dispatch”?
When an order is placed that includes any of the following product types, it will automatically be flagged as Awaiting Dispatch:
Winning Auction Item
Wristband
Collection
Paper Ticket
Raffle Ticket

How do I mark an order as dispatched?
To mark a single order as dispatched:
Go to Admin > Reports > Orders.
Open the relevant order.
From the order management menu, select Mark as dispatched.

How do I mark multiple orders as dispatched?
To mark several orders at once:
Go to Admin > Reports > Orders.
Tick the checkbox next to each order you want to update.
From the management menu, select Mark Orders as Dispatched.

Can I notify customers when their order is dispatched?
Yes. When marking an order as dispatched, you can add an optional message for the customer to inform them that their order has been sent.
If you do not want to notify the customer, simply untick Notify customer before confirming.

What happens after an order is marked as dispatched?
Once confirmed:
All deliverable items in the order will be marked as Dispatched.
The overall order status will automatically update to reflect this change.

What if I mark an order as dispatched by mistake?
If an error is made, you can reverse the action:
Open the order.
From the order management menu, select Mark as not dispatched.
This will update the order status accordingly.
