Electronic Ticket

An e-ticket is sent out to the customer in their order confirmation email or can be downloaded from "My Account" > "Orders". Each ticket contains a QR code which is a visual representation of a unique 10 digit number. The ticket entitles the

Voucher

An e-voucher is sent out to the customer in their order confirmation email or can be downloaded from "My Account" > "Orders". Each ticket contains a QR code which is a visual representation of a unique 10 digit number. The voucher can be exchanged for a physical item at an event.

Booking

A booking can be made for a specific product. A ticket will not be dispatched to the customer. A list of all attendees can be viewed and downloaded in your "Bookings" report.

Product

A physical product such as tea-towels, Xmas card designs that would be sent home to the customer in book bags or delivered by some other means.

Donation

A one-off donation. A default amount can be set but as it's a donation, this can be changed by the customer. The customer will be forced through the Gift Aid declaration before they check out.

Sponsorship

A sponsorship product allows your sponsors to easily purchase advertising/sponsorship on your website. As they progress through checkout they will be able to answer a series of questions which map to your sponsors pages. Note that this is only available on the Premium plan.

Business Directory

A business directory product allows your customers to easily purchase space in your business directory on your website. As they progress through checkout they will be able to answer a series of questions which map to your business directory page. Note that this is only available on the Premium plan.

Questionnaire

Generally a free product but can also be priced. You could use this product type to add a series of questions so you can collect information from within your community.

Discount

A discount product that will be applied at checkout.

Variable Price

Similar to a donation product which has a default amount that can be changed by the customer. However, the customer is not forced through the Gift Aid declaration.

Ballot

A ballot product can be used to allow customers to register their interest for an event. You can then select a random subset of winners from your "Bookings" report.

Santa Boarding Pass

An e-ticket used for your Santa's Grotto. These are designed as boarding passes to allow a purchaser to see Santa!

Primary Advertising

A Primary Advertising product.

Secondary Advertising

Secondary Advertising.

Waiting List

A waiting list can be used when your main event tickets are sold out.

Subscription

A subscription product with payments at regular intervals.

Membership

A membership product with payments at regular intervals.

Recurring Donation

A gift to the charity which recurs at regular intervals.

Winning Auction Item

In order to facilitate the easy payment of your online auctions, auction items can be converted to a "winning auction item" product which allows the winning bidders to easily pay on platform.

Event Questions products can be used to capture information from your attendees once per order.

A wristband that you would provide to the purchaser off platform.

A product that when purchased is available for collection from a specified place.

This allows a customer to reserve a place on an event whether paid for or not.

100 / 200 Club etc

Typically a 100, 200, 500 etc club is a group of people who raise funds for a good cause (non-commercial) usually by running a private society lottery.

Competition / Game of Chance

Games of chance don't require entrants to show any skill in exchange for an entry. The winner is picked at random and skill plays no part in the deciding of the winner.

Raffle (Offline)

A means of raising money by selling numbered tickets, one or some of which are subsequently drawn at random, the holder or holders of such tickets winning a prize.

Raffle (Online)

A means of raising money by selling numbered tickets with entry restricted to those who successfully complete a game of skill. One or some of those tickets are then subsequently drawn at random with the holder or holders winning a prize.
