The PTA Events group of companies charges a platform fee on each purchase made through the platform. Platform fees vary depending on the product type and your selected plan, as outlined below.

Payment Processing (Stripe) Fees
Stripe applies a separate payment processing fee per transaction:
Standard rate: 1.5% + 20p
Registered charities or verified non-profit organisations: 1.2% + 20p
Stripe Link is charged at 1.5% + 20p per transaction from 1 July 2025.
(Prior to this date, Stripe Link was also charged at 1.2% + 20p.)
Passing Fees to Your Community
Both the platform fee and Stripe payment fees can, and should, be passed on to your community at checkout. This means there is no cost to your organisation, allowing you to maximise the funds raised.
