How do I email customers that have a made a booking?

To send an email to all customers that have made a booking through your website browse to "Reports" > "Bookings" and select the event from the "Event" dropdown list:




Then from the manage menu select "Email Bookings":



A modal window will appear where you can include a subject, your message and up to two attachments. Please check the "Marketing Email" checkbox if your message is being sent for the purpose of marketing so it will not be sent to those that have unsubscribed:
