How do I email customers or newsletter subscribers?
Navigate to Reports > Customers. From here, you can choose one of the following options:
Email newsletter subscribers – This sends your message only to customers who have registered for your newsletter and have opted in to receive updates from you.
Email all customers – This option should be used sparingly and only for important, non-marketing communications (for example, essential service updates). It is not intended for promotional or marketing messages.
Sending marketing emails
If your email is promoting or marketing an event, you must select the “Marketing Email” option.
Marketing emails:
Are sent only to customers who are subscribed to receive marketing communications
Will not be delivered to customers who have unsubscribed
Automatically include an unsubscribe link within the email body
This ensures compliance with email preferences and gives customers full control over the messages they receive.
