How do I change to the Stripe charity rate on platform?

If Stripe have confirmed you are on their charity rate (1.2% +20p per transaction), you can change the calculation on the platform by browsing to "Admin" > "Settings" and then the "Payment" tab. Then change the "Stripe Rate" field from Business to Charity:

Then click on the "Update" button.

If you are not on their charity rate, please leave your PTA Events website to calculate fees on their business rate (1.5% +20p per transaction).
