Adding an event from a template is the quickest and easiest way to create a new event.
To get started, go to Admin > Events, then select an option from the Add Event from Template dropdown menu.

Using the Event Template Wizard
Our intuitive Event Template Wizard will guide you step by step through the process of adding an event. Templates include fewer configuration options than creating an event from scratch, as most settings are already pre-defined. These configurations are based on what works best for the types of organisations that typically use the platform—saving you time while ensuring reliable results.
Click Add Event from Template, then choose the type of event you would like to create. The currently available templates are:
100/200 Club
School Disco
Valentine’s Disco
Movie Night
Mother’s Day Shopping
Father’s Day Shopping
Magic Show
Fireworks / Bonfire Night
Happy’s Circus
Summer / Winter Ball
Santa’s Grotto
Family Photo Shoot
Quiz
Prize Draw (Online Raffle)
Raffle (Offline)
Wizard Steps
The Event Template Wizard consists of four simple steps:
Basic Event Information
Event details such as the name, date, and time are pre-populated but can be edited as needed.

2. Tickets
Set ticket prices and define how many tickets are available.

3. Booking Information
Choose whether you need to collect attendee details, such as names and class information.

4. Volunteers
Specify how many volunteers are required to help run the event.

Once you have completed all four steps, click Create Template Event to add your event.
Editing an Event
To make changes to an existing event, click on the event name or select Edit from the Manage menu.
