To delete a customer, browse to "Admin" > "Reports" > "Customers" and then use the form to search for the customer. By default customers registered today will be shown. When you have found the customer, click the bin icon next to their name:
Enter a date that you want the customers' details to be deleted in the format dd/yy/mmmm and click the "Delete" button:
