Event order
By default, events are displayed in ascending order based on their start date (earliest first).
If you choose to Promote an event, it will appear at the top of the listings regardless of its start date.

Ticket and product order within an event
You can control the order in which tickets or products appear within an event by using the Sort Order attribute for each product.
Products are displayed in ascending order.
A product with a sort order of 1 will appear above a product with a sort order of 10.
To update the sort order:
Go to Admin > Events.
Select Tickets/Products from the Manage menu for the relevant event.
Select Edit from the Manage menu for the required product.
Update the Sort Order value as needed.

Manual reordering of products
You can also manually change the order of tickets or products by dragging and dropping the line items into the desired position on the Product Management page.

Ordering product groups
Product groups do not have an event date, so their position cannot be adjusted in the same way as events. If you want a product group to appear above or below other product groups or events (for example, when events and product groups are merged into a single listing), you will need to temporarily convert the product group into an event.
To do this:
From the Product Group Management menu, select Convert to Event.

2. Open the newly created event (or select Edit Event from the Event Management menu).
3. Change the event date to a suitable point in the future so it appears in the desired position.

Once the ordering is correct, you can convert it back:
Select Convert to Product Group from the Event Management menu.
