All events are ordered by event start date ascending, except if you have chosen to "Promote" an event, in which case it will appear at the top of the listings - Please click here for further information.
You have finer control over the listing of tickets/products within your events by using the "sort order" attribute for each product. Tickets/products will then be sorted in ascending order so a product with a sort order of 1 would show above one with a sort order of 10. This can be found by browsing to "Admin" > "Events" and then selecting "Tickets/Products" from the manage menu for the required event. Then select "Edit" from the manage menu for the required product:
You can also manually amend the order by lifting and dragging the line items into the required order from the Product management page:
Product groups, however, don't have the concept of an event date so if you want to change the order of your product groups so they appear below other product groups or events (where you have merged events / product group pages), click "Convert To Event" from your product group management menu:
When the product group has been converted to an event, click the event name or select "Edit Event" from your event management menu and change the event date to some point in the future:
You can then convert back to a product group by selecting "Convert to Product Group" from your event management menu:
