If your Facebook feed isn’t appearing, please check the following:
Confirm the Facebook Page URL
Make sure you have entered the full URL for your Facebook Page (not a group) in Admin > Settings > Basic Details
For example:https://www.facebook.com/PTAEventsUK
2. Check your Facebook Page privacy settings
Go to your Facebook Page and navigate to Settings > General
Ensure your page visibility and privacy settings allow the page to be viewed publicly.
Important note:
Facebook Groups are not publicly accessible, so feeds from groups cannot be displayed on your website. Only Facebook Pages can be used.
