Why are my tickets showing as sold out to our customers but our admin pages are not showing as sold out?

When a customer adds items to their basket, they are reserved so they cannot be purchased by anyone else. If the customer does not checkout, these items will go back on general sale after 60 minutes. This is why sometimes you may see a discrepancy between what your customers see and what's showing in your event admin page. 



We recommend entering a maximum purchase quantity to prevent this:
