To add a class browse to "Admin" > "Classes" and select "Manage" > "Add Class":
In the "Add Class" window, the following basic details are required:
- Class Name
- School Year
- Academic Year - choose the current academic year
You can also add further information such as
- Teacher Name
- Teacher Phone
- Teacher Email
- Class Password - A class password ensures that only those parents with the class password can sign up on the class list.
- Allow Sharing of Contact Details - If you want to allow parents to share their contact details with other members of the list Allow parent
- Allow parents to email - If you want to allow parents to share their contact details with other members of the list
- Class Reps - you can select up to 4 registered customers as class reps
