Can I preview an event before it goes on sale?

Yes, you can preview your products before they are available to customers.

To do this, all products must be set to Display. The preview event page will show all products, regardless of the dates they are scheduled to go on sale.

How to preview an event

1. In the event management menu, navigate to:
   Admin > Events > Manage

2. Click Preview next to the relevant event.

This will open your event in a new window, allowing you to view it exactly as customers will see it. 

What can I do in preview mode?

While previewing your event, you can:

• Browse all products and event details

• Proceed through the checkout process

• Verify that all product questions and settings are configured correctly

• Place orders as either test orders or live orders

This allows you to fully check your setup before making the event available to customers.
