My event has gone missing - where is it?

If you navigate to Admin > Events and cannot find your event, it is most likely due to one of the following reasons:


1. The event has been converted to a product group


Your event may have been converted into a Product Group. In this case, it will no longer appear under Admin > Events, but can be found in Admin > Product Groups.




               

How to fix this:

  1. Go to Admin > Product Groups.

  2. Locate the relevant product group.

  3. Click Manage, then select Convert to Event.


Once converted back, the event will reappear in Admin > Events.




           

2. The event has ended and is archived


If the event’s end date is in the past, it will be moved to the archive and will not appear in the main events list.


How to view archived events:

  1. Go to Admin > Events.

  2. Click Show Archived Events.

  3. From the Manage menu, select Show Archived Events.


You can also filter archived events by year to help locate older events more easily.
