My event has gone missing - where is it?

If you browse to "Admin" > "Events" and you cannot see your event to administer it, it is highly likely that either:


  1. It has been converted to a product group which you can see in "Admin" > "Product groups"


       This can be easily amended by clicking on "Manage" and "Convert to Event":




            2. The event end date is in the past and therefore the event is in your archive. Click "Show archived events" in

                "Admin" > "Events" and Show Archived Events. You'll also then be able to filter on events by year:
