How do we integrate our event with Qflow?

You must be on the Premium Plan or have purchased Qflow for the scanning integration function to work.  Please click here to purchase Qflow or to upgrade to the Premium Plan.


Please download the Qflow app from:

PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER DIRECTLY WITH QFLOW.


The only thing you need to do to connect your PTA Events website with Qflow is browse to "Admin" > "Reports" > "Tickets". If you have tickets to sync, click the "Sync to Qflow" button, then "Sync Data" in the modal window.



When you have synced tickets, your event organisers will automatically be emailed login instructions to the Qflow App.


You can add event organisers to your event by browsing to "Admin" > " Events" and clicking on your event and then selecting an organiser from the drop down menu. You can add up to 8 event organisers. Event organisers must be registered on your site before they can be made an event organiser.

It's also possible to sync Tickets, Vouchers or Grotto Boarding Passes to separate events so you can have individual teams running different parts of your event. 


Note that the Qflow app is environmentally friendly and can scan QR codes on a device or a printed ticket.


Events are deleted monthly from Qflow. If you can still see event info after this time, please log out and back into the app.
