Why can't I see my event on the Qflow app?

If your event is not visible in the Qflow app, please log out of the app and then log back in. This often resolves the issue.


If the event is still not visible after logging back in, please raise a support ticket or email support@pta-events.co.uk, and our team will investigate further for you.
