E-tickets and vouchers are sent out to the customer in their order confirmation email or can be downloaded from "My Account" > "Orders". Each ticket contains a QR code which is a visual representation of a unique 10 digit number.
These are created automatically if you choose a product type of "Electronic Ticket" or "Voucher" when setting up your tickets or products. This can be found in your product management menu under "Edit":
When an order has been paid for and completed, tickets are attached to the order confirmation email and can also be downloaded from "My Account" > "Orders". Below is an example of e-tickets created. They contain the following information:
- Organisation & event name
- Product name & price
- Date of event
- Address
- Order reference
- Ticket number (Unique 10 digit number)
- QR code on the stubb which is a visual representation of the unique ticket number
- Name & class (if applicable)
- Product questions & answers (if applicable)
