How do I upload a Lottery Licence/Renewal to my website?

To upload a new Small Society Lottery Licence, a renewal, or proof of payment, navigate to Admin > Settings and select the Payment tab. Within this tab, you will find the Lottery Licence section. 



Click Upload Lottery Licence to begin. A notification will appear outlining which documents are acceptable and which are not. Please review this information carefully before uploading your file. 




Important notes:

  • Invoices and renewal notices are not accepted as proof of a valid licence.

  • Any receipts submitted must be clearly dated.


A valid lottery licence is required for both offline and online raffles (prize draws). This requirement helps ensure that the organisations we work with are charitable, properly licensed, and present a lower level of risk.
