We hope you’re finding your website intuitive and easy to use. However, if you do have a question, there are several support options available to help you quickly find the answers you need.


Support Portal

Your first point of call is the Support Portal. To access this, use the main navigation menu, go to Admin, and select Support Portal.



Within the portal, you’ll find hundreds of FAQs, most of which include step-by-step guidance and tutorial videos. You can click View all articles to browse the full Knowledge Base, or use the search bar to enter your question. The most relevant articles will be displayed.



Simply click an article title to view detailed instructions and, in most cases, a supporting video.




If you’re unable to find the answer you’re looking for, you can raise a support ticket directly from the portal. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and will be happy to help. When submitting a ticket, please include as much detail as possible to help us resolve your query quickly. 




Email Support

Alternatively, you can contact our support team by email at support@pta-events.co.uk. Emails are responded to within two business days, although you’ll usually hear back much sooner.


Community Support Forum

If your question isn’t account-specific, you may also find it helpful to visit the PTA Events Community Support Forum on Facebook. With a community of over 3,000 members, it’s a great place to share knowledge, ask questions, and learn from other users.
