Hopefully you are finding your website intuitive and easy to use BUT if you do have a question there is plenty of help available.
The first option is the support portal. To access this, from your main navigation you head to "Admin" and select "Support Portal":
Here you will find hundreds of FAQs most of which contain tutorial videos. You can select 'View all articles' and then browse through the Knowledge Base:
Or you can enter your question in the search field and the most relevant articles found will be displayed. Click on the name which will take you to the FAQ which contains step by step instructions and in most cases a tutorial video:
Alternatively, you can raise a ticket here with your query and our support team are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to answer your question. Please ensure to enter as much information as possible:
Another option is to send an email to the support team. The email address for them is support@pta-events.co.uk and they will respond within 2 business days - though usually much sooner than that.
If your query is not account specific then please head to the PTA Events Community Support Forum on Facebook where you can call on the wealth of over three thousand members.
