How do I add a ticket/product for an additional child?

This can be used when you have an event where you would like to sell a full-priced ticket for the first child, and then offer a reduced price ticket or product for additional children.

Once you have added your event, create the full-priced ticket/product for the first child by selecting "Tickets/Products" from the event management menu:

Then select "Add Product" from the "Manage" menu:

Complete all of the information for your full-priced ticket and then click on the "Add Product" button.

Then repeat this process for the reduced price ticket.

To ensure that customers are not able to just purchase the reduced price ticket, please select the full-price ticket from the "Dependent Product" dropdown list:

In your Shop page, these tickets will appear with the following information:

It will not be possible for your customers to add an additional child ticket to their basket without adding a full-priced ticket too:
