Can I add tickets with different time slots?

Adding Time Slots to Your Event

There are two ways to add time slots to your event, depending on how you would like to manage products and timings.

Option 1: Add Time Slot Products Automatically

This option allows you to quickly generate multiple time-based products using built-in functionality.

  1. From your event management menu, select Tickets / Products for the relevant event.

  2. From the Manage menu, click Add Time Slot Products.

3. In the Add Time Slot Products modal window, complete the required fields.

Example setup

In this example:

  • We are creating electronic tickets, which are generated automatically.

  • The product name will be “Go Karts”, followed by the time slot start time.

  • Each time slot lasts 10 minutes, running between the event’s start and end times (these durations can be adjusted if needed).

  • There are 5 tickets available per 10-minute time slot.

  • Tickets are priced at £4 each.

  • We collect the name and class of each child at the point of booking.

Once all details are complete, click Add Product Time Slots to generate the time slots.

All time slot products will then be created automatically based on the parameters you’ve set and will immediately be available for purchase.

Option 2: Add Your Own Products Manually

If you prefer not to use the automatic time slot functionality, you can create products manually and assign specific times that will appear on the e-ticket instead of the event start time.

For example:

  • To create a 2:00pm start time, set the product time to 14:00.

  • To create a 2:30pm start time, set the product time to 14:30.

Each product will appear under the same event but will represent a different time slot, allowing attendees to book their preferred time.

Important Note

When using time slots, do not set an overall event capacity.
Instead, each individual time slot should have its own stock quantity, which controls how many tickets can be sold for that specific time.
