As part of their review process, Stripe will attempt to access your PTA Events website. In some cases, Stripe may be reviewing your site from a country where PTA Events does not operate. If this happens, Stripe may see an error message stating that the website cannot be accessed from that country.
Providing Stripe with a Review URL
To allow Stripe to review your site, you can provide them with a secure review-only URL:
In your PTA Events admin area, go to Admin > Settings > Payments.
Locate the Stripe Review URL.
Copy this URL.

Next, update your Stripe account with this URL:
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Go to Settings > Business Details, or access it directly using the following link:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/updateClick the pencil icon next to your business details to edit them.

4. Replace your website URL with the Stripe Review URL from your PTA Events payment settings.
5. Click Save.

Stripe will then use this URL to validate your PTA Events website.
Temporarily Adjusting Site Access
If your website is restricted to registered users only, you’ll need to temporarily disable this setting while Stripe reviews your site:
Go to Admin > Settings.
Uncheck Register to view.
Once Stripe has completed their review, you can re-enable this setting.
Set Your Default Page
Finally, ensure your default page is set to Shop so Stripe can immediately see what you are selling. You can update this in Admin > Settings.
