As Stripe need to review your PTA Events website they could be trying to view it from a country that PTA Events doesn't operate in. If this is the case they will get an error message saying that it's not possible to access the PTA Events website from that country.
You can provide Stripe with a secret address for your PTA Events website which will allow them to review it. Browse to "Admin" > "Settings" and then the "Payments" where you can see the Stripe Review URL:
Copy this URL and browse to your Stripe Dashboard and then click "Settings" > "Business Details". Alternatively you can access using the URL below:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/update
Click the pencil icon next to the business details to edit them.
You can the update the URL with the Stripe review URL found in your PTA Events payment settings and click the "Save" button to update it.
Stripe can then use the URL to validate your PTA Events website.
If your site is closed off to anyone other than registered users you'll need to disable that functionality whilst Stripe review your website. Browse to "Admin" > "Settings" and uncheck "Register to view". When Stripe have completed your review you should enable it again.
Finally, make sure your default page is set to "shop" so Stripe can immediately see what you are selling. You can change this in "Admin" > "Settings".
