To set an event as your home page, go to Admin > Events and select Set as home page from the event management menu.
This feature is particularly useful if you are running a single event or hosting an online auction. By default, your Shop page is used as the home page, but auction lots do not appear there—setting the event as your home page ensures visitors see the most relevant content straight away.
