How do I change a delivery product to collection?

If you create a product with the type set to “Product”, it will automatically appear as available for delivery, typically via book bags. 


If you would prefer the product to be available for collection instead, you’ll need to update the product type to “Collection.”


How to Update the Product Type

  1. Navigate to the product settings

    • Go to Admin > Events, then select Tickets / Products from your event management menu.

    • Alternatively, if the item is part of a product group, go to Admin > Product Groups and select Products / Vouchers.




2. Edit the product

  • On the Products admin page, either:

    • Click directly on the product SKU, or

    • Select Edit from the product management menu.




3. Change the product type

  • Scroll down to the Type field.

  • Change the selection from Product to Collection.




4. Save your changes

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Product.


Once updated, the product will display as available for collection rather than delivery.
