FAQs allow you to quickly and easily address common questions your customers may have. By directing users to the FAQ section, you can provide clear information while reducing the need for direct enquiries.
Adding FAQs to Your Platform
To add FAQs, navigate to Admin > FAQs in your platform:

Click Add FAQ to create a new entry:

Completing an FAQ Entry
Enter a clear, relevant title in the Question field. This should be easy for users to recognise and search for.
Add the supporting details or explanation in the Answer free-text field.
Control the order in which FAQs appear by entering a number in the Sort Order field (lower numbers appear first).
Once all fields are complete, click Add FAQ to save your entry:

All FAQs you create will be displayed in the Your PTA section of your site, making them easily accessible to your users.
