How do I add FAQ's?

FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) allow you to quickly and easily answer questions your customers may have. You can simply direct them to the FAQ.

To add FAQ's to your platform browse to "Admin" > "FAQs".

Then click on "Add FAQ"

Complete the box with a relevant, easy to find title and any additional information in the text box. You can dictate the order of how the FAQ's will appear by entering a number in the "Sort Order" section. Once completed click "Add FAQ".

These FAQ's will appear in the "About Us" section of your site.
