Please note you will need to upload a valid small lottery licence in order to take payments for a 100/200 Club via the platform.
Adding an event from a template is the easiest way to add your '100/200 Club' event. Browse to "Admin" > "Events", then select "Manage" > "Add Event from Template" > "100 / 200 Club" from the dropdown list:

The event template wizard contains 4 steps to help you add your events:
1. Basic event information such as name, dates, times and fee types are pre-populated, but can be changed:

The date range here will depend on if you are running your draw monthly, annually etc.
2. Entry information where you can set the price and the number of entries available:

3. Booking information is not required for a 100/200 Club event:

4. Volunteers where you can specify the amount of volunteers you will need to help run the event (if applicable):

When you have been through the steps in the Wizard, click the "Create Template Event" button to add your event.
To make amends to any event click on the event name or on "Edit" from the manage menu

You can then continue the rest of the process, including the draw itself, offline.
