How can I sell new or second hand uniform?

Setting up a school uniform shop on your PTA Events website is quick and straightforward. We’ve created a simple Quick Start Guide to walk you through the process, so you can begin selling your school uniform in just a few clicks.

We’ve also provided a straightforward template to help you easily list your uniform items and get everything set up efficiently.

There are two ways to create your shop:

• Bulk upload using the 3-step setup wizard

• Manual setup via product groups

Closing uniform sales at the end of academic year

We recommend closing off your existing product group at the end of each academic year to ensure any personally identifiable information isn’t kept longer than it should be. As it's not possible to delete product groups or events with financial transactions, we recommend setting the sales end date to be in the past so they no longer show and amending the purge data date to ensure booking data is removed accordingly.

You can then copy the product group to a new one, so there is no sales history, amend the sales dates accordingly, and start again, removing any unwanted categories and products.
