Signing PTA Events Terms and Conditions

Here's a brief overview of how to sign your terms and conditions: 

  1. Login to your account 
  2. You will see the sets of terms and conditions which need signing on your dashboard
  3. Firstly click the "Sign" button for "Subscription Terms":
  4. Once you’ve read through and are happy with the terms and conditions, please tick the lawful bases that apply to your processing of the data under GDPR and then click "Submit". This will also automatically update your "Lawful Basis" to signed.




6. Once your Subscription terms are signed, you will need to sign the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The DPA  is a contract between PTA Events Limited and your organisation and is important so that both parties understand their responsibilities and liabilities. 

7. Click the 'Sign' button and you will be taken to the agreement so you can read through and agree to the terms. When you have read the agreement, click the "Submit" button:



8. Now all the terms and conditions are signed and you can move on to setting up Stripe to start taking payments. Click here to find out how.
