How do I create e-tickets?

E-tickets are created automatically if you choose a product type of "Electronic Ticket".  This can be found in your event management menu under "Edit product":



When an order has been paid for and completed, tickets are attached to the order confirmation email and can also be downloaded from "My Account" > "Orders". Below is an example of e-tickets created. They contain the following information:

  1. Organisation & event name
  2. Product name & price
  3. Date of event
  4. Address
  5. Order reference
  6. Ticket number (Unique 10 digit number)
  7. QR code on the stubb which is a visual representation of the unique ticket number
  8. Name & class (if applicable)
  9. Product questions & answers (if applicable)
